Regional Affiliate BD Manager

WOO X is a global centralized crypto futures and spot trading platform serving active traders across multiple regions. We focus on liquidity, execution, transparency, and a product experience built for trading users.

We are looking for BD talent who understands crypto trading, affiliate models, broker partnerships, KOL ecosystems, and regional partner-driven growth.

We are looking for a Regional Affiliate BD Manager to support partner-driven growth across selected regional markets, language communities, and trading ecosystems.

This role is focused on KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and other partner channels. Candidates should have direct crypto trading BD experience and concrete partner resources in at least one regional ecosystem.

This is not a general sales role. We are looking for someone who can bring relevant industry experience, activate partners, and contribute to trading volume and revenue growth.

• →Identify, evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and activate KOLs, affiliates, brokers, trading communities, educators, and regional partners.
• →Build and manage cooperation models such as rebate programs, commission structures, affiliate incentives, broker partnerships, community campaigns, and trading-focused partnerships.
• →Manage partner relationships and continuously improve trading volume, active users, deposits, conversion, and revenue contribution.
• →Work with Marketing, Product, and BD leadership to support localized campaigns, partner materials, market feedback, and product improvement.
• →Build market maps covering partner landscape, competitor activity, KOL ecosystems, trading communities, and user behavior.
• →Track partner performance and provide regular reporting on pipeline, activation, campaign results, and commercial contribution.
• →Coordinate with internal teams before launching market-facing campaigns, partner promotions, or user-facing activities.
• →The first 3 months will be a ramp-up and performance review period, with expectations aligned around qualified partner pipeline, partner activation, trading volume, revenue contribution, and execution quality.

• Proven BD experience in crypto exchange, futures trading platform, broker, affiliate business, fintech trading product, or Web3 trading product.
• Hands-on experience with KOL, affiliate, broker, rebate, commission, or partner incentive models.
• Existing partner resources in at least one regional market, language group, or trading community.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading users, futures products, trading communities, and partner-driven acquisition.
• Ability to activate partners and generate measurable commercial contribution.
• Able to explain previous BD outcomes such as trading volume, active users, deposits, net fee, partner revenue, or campaign ROI.
• Strong English communication skills; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Commercially driven, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-moving crypto environment.

• Previous experience at a crypto exchange, broker, futures trading platform, affiliate network, or trading-related fintech.
• Existing KOL / affiliate / broker / trading community resources that can be activated quickly.
• Experience with futures traders, VIP traders, API traders, copy-trading communities, or professional trading communities.
• Experience covering one or more regional ecosystems such as Europe, LATAM, CIS, MENA, APAC, or other high-potential crypto trading communities.
• Ability to balance growth ambition with practical risk awareness.
