Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll support leaders and employees across assigned dealerships by:

  • →Serving as a trusted HR partner to managers and leadership teams
  • →Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns
  • →Conducting thorough and objective workplace investigations
  • →Coaching leaders on employee development, corrective action, and career growth
  • →Supporting workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
  • →Interpreting and communicating HR policies and procedures
  • →Partnering with leadership to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention
  • →Identifying training and development opportunities for managers and employees
  • →Helping ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience required
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources Business Partner experience required
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion
  • Strong conflict resolution and coaching skills
  • Acceptable pre-employment background check and drug screening (post-offer)
