Woolpert Africa is looking for experienced and mission-ready Survey Pilots to join our dynamic Operations Team. Based in South Africa, this role involves extensive fieldwork across various locations, supporting Woolpert’s geospatial and aerial survey missions.

• Valid Commercial Pilot’s License (CPL) with a current medical certificate
• Minimum 1,000 hours total flight time
• Current night and instrument rating
• Valid passport
• Must be flexible to work away from base for up to 6 weeks at a time

• Type-rated on twin-engine aircraft
• Experience flying turbine aircraft
• Prior survey flight experience is advantageous
• Completion of the following short courses:
• CRM (Crew Resource Management)
• DG (Dangerous Goods)
• SEPT (Safety and Emergency Procedures Training)
• SMS (Safety Management Systems) – advantageous

Candidates rated on the following aircraft will have a strong advantage:

• Cessna Reims F406
• Piper PA31-350
• Partenavia P.68 series
