Sales & Operations Coordinator

Work4u International is seeking, on behalf of a dynamically growing company providing Medical devices & consumables distribution., a Sales & Operations Coordinator based in Gerakas in Attiki.

The company provides medical devices and consumables, offering solutions to healthcare professionals and medical institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Management of the company website and social media accounts
• Communication with international suppliers and resolution of pending issues
• Organization of files and management of company records
• Creation and updating of product catalogs and pricing lists
• Support of daily sales and order processing operations
• Participation in quality assurance inspections and controls
• Preparation of reports and provision of administrative support

What you bring

• Good command of English
• Minimum 4+ years of experience 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with ERP systems (Entersoft experience will be considered an asset)
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Organizational and methodical skills
