Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Work4u on behalf of its client, a leading production company in the packaging industry in Greece, is looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Warehouse

• Manage incoming goods and ensure accurate recording of materials in the system.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for raw materials and finished products.
• Perform stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Record and monitor orders on a monthly basis.
• Update logistics systems regarding shortages or inconsistencies.
• Handle intercompany stock transfers and coordinate weekly releases from external warehouses.
• Supervise and coordinate forklift operators.

Logistics

• Collaborate with the shipping department for the planning and execution of export operations.
• Create and manage delivery schedules.
• Coordinate domestic transportation activities, including carrier selection and freight negotiations.
• Ensure smooth coordination of production and distribution processes, including cutting, packaging, and delivery.
• Manage international logistics operations (road, air, and sea transport), focusing on bookings and scheduling.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 3–4 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, and logistics software.
• Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
