About the Role

We are looking for an HR Director, APAC to lead our People agenda across the region. While you will be based in our India Business Development Center; our largest global talent hub your remit is regional.

You are a Strategic Co-pilot and Performance Partner tasked with scaling a high-performance culture across APAC. By translating global strategy into local execution and strengthening leadership capability, you will ensure our Build Winning Teams brand is felt consistently from Hyderabad to Sydney. We aren’t just looking for support; we’re looking for the architect of our regional performance discipline.

  • Regional People Leadership: Drive the People agenda across the APAC region, ensuring our global roadmap is executed with local relevance across India, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines.
  • Strategic Co-pilot: Partner directly with the Global CPO and Regional Leaders to align workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture with our global business objectives.
  • Performance Discipline: Own the "BB Code" across APAC; raising the bar for talent, driving accountability, and supporting our managers in key talent decisions.
  • Locally relevant: Act as the primary bridge between Global People Leadership and the APAC hubs, ensuring regional initiatives are locally relevant, but connected to the global people strategy
  • Site Leadership (India BDC): Drive the culture and support our 500+ employee India hub, serving as the blueprint for regional excellence.
  • Talent Density: Strengthen engagement and retention through consistent regional cadences while maintaining the high-performance expectations of a diverse environment. .
  • Team Development: Lead and develop the regional HRBP team, providing alignment across TA and People Operations to ensure a "one team" approach.
  • We start with the why & We keep it simple: You’ll use your SaaS and product-led experience to cut through complexity, acting as a true "Performance Partner" who translates global strategy into clear, regional execution.
  • We collaborate as one & We tell it like it is: You will be the commercial sparring partner to senior leadership, using your influence to align global stakeholders while being a "truth-teller" regarding regional needs from Sydney to Hyderabad.
  • We raise the bar & We have a bias for action: You’ll support our large delivery and engineering and other functional teams (e.g finance, product, legal teams - 400+) by maintaining relentless focus on talent density and high ownership. You don't wait for permission; you challenge the status quo to get results.
  • We put customers first: In this role, your "customers" are our leaders and employees. You protect them—and the business—by applying your deep knowledge of labor law and governance (IN, VN, SG, AU, PH) to ensure we build winning teams the right way.
