Job Title:	Columbus House Quality Assurance Assistant
Department:	Office of Community Engagement
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:	Work with Quality Assurance team to review data and reports Review client records for accuracy and make corrections and additions where necessary Maintain confidentiality of client and organizational data Enter data and survey responses into databases and tracking systems for organizational use and federal and funder reports Assist in analyzing survey results to identify trends and service improvements Support the preparation of funder reports, client feedback reports and program outcomes Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:	Good interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook Interest in Data Analysis
Hours of Position:	Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 3pm Monday through Friday
