Job Title:	Front Desk Assistant for Residential Life
Department:	Residential Life
Student Employment Type:	Federal Work-Study
Responsibilities:	Answering phones Assisting students who are locked out of room with unlocking their door Creating marketing for programs Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:	Good interpersonal skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and outlook Good Conduct Standing
Hours of Position:	Up to 10 hours per week 9 AM – 5 PM, Mon – Fri Hours will vary
