Chief Financial Officer

Our client is a fast-growing financial services company specializing in vehicle financing through leasing.

The company is entering a phase of rapid expansion – opening new offices across the country, increasing transaction volumes and building a scalable lending platform supported by strong financial processes and funding structures. To support this growth, we are looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will lead the finance function and act as a strategic partner to the CEO and shareholders.

This role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational involvement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, structuring growth and working closely with the core business.

• Lead and develop the entire finance function of the company, including the internal accounting team

• Own and continuously develop the financial model of the business and portfolio economics

• Manage financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Monitor company performance and prepare management reports and financial analysis for leadership

• Manage liquidity, funding structure and capital planning

• Structure and support portfolio financing and receivables assignments (cessions)

• Build and implement financial control and risk management frameworks

• Work closely with banks, investors, auditors and regulators

• Support the CEO and leadership team in strategic decisions related to growth and expansion

• Improve and scale financial processes, reporting systems and analytical tools
