As Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator, you are responsible for the inspections of Received Materials, distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report.

To succeed in this role, you should have 3 years of experience in drilling project.

What you’ll do

We are looking for Site Drilling Logistic Coordinator to join our team in Indonesia.

The role responsibilities include:

1.   Inspections of Received Materials, distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report. Filing / Recording receiving documentation in the share drive

2.   Distributing on a weekly basis the Drilling Current Stock Report & Good Receiving Notes Report.

3.   Communicate daily with the Field Logistics Lead regarding materials & Logistics requirements.

4.   Utilize Materials Management software to proceed data entry – generating Good Receiving Notes, Good Transfer Notes, Good Dispatch Notes, update inventory.  

5.       Utilize Oracle Procurement to check status of requisitions, download attachments such as packing list, emails correspondences, investigate if required.

Compliance: 

1. Support the implementation and maintenance of the Environmental Management System (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and promoting continuous environmental performance improvement.
2. Promote and maintain a safe and healthy work environment by supporting the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) in compliance with ISO 45001, identifying hazards, assessing risks, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety.
3. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in accordance with ISO 37001, ensuring compliance with anti-bribery policies, due diligence, and promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
4. Employees are expected to comply with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System by following established procedures, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to continual improvement. This ensures alignment with the organization's commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll have

1.    Having minimum Bachelor of Engineering

2.    Minimum 3 years of experience relevant to drilling project:

3.    Number of Geothermal Drilling Training/Course attended: minimum 1 courses/trainings
