• →Lead and supervise all site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely project execution.
• →Coordinate daily work activities between contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• →Monitor project progress against schedule and implement corrective actions when required.
• →Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements at all times.
• →Resolve construction issues and coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and Client representatives.
• →Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• →Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and safety reviews.
• →Support project closeout activities, including punch list completion and handover to the client.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of construction experience, including 5 years in a senior site leadership role on large Oil & Gas projects.
• Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects with strong knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills with a commitment to HSE excellence.
