What are we looking for?

• A professional with a degree in Psychology or a field related to the position.
• Solid professional experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience managing end-to-end selection processes.
• Ability to work across different business areas, countries, and with various stakeholders.
• Skill in identifying problems, analyzing information, and proposing solutions.
• A commercial mindset and an understanding of the impact of Talent Acquisition on the business.
• Flexibility to navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and organizational transformation.
• Empathetic communication, a consultative approach, and an internal customer focus.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and the judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of and experience using ATS systems.
• Proficiency in English
