Architectural Drafter

Our client is looking for an Architectural Drafter to support their design and production team with high-quality modeling and realistic renderings. They operate within the architecture and design space, having expanded their capabilities and project portfolio in recent years across residential developments. This role combines technical drafting with visual storytelling, ideal for someone who can translate concepts into precise, buildable drawings while also delivering visually compelling outputs. Responsibilities Develop 3D models using Revit and SketchUp for residential projects Produce high-quality, realistic architectural renderings Create detailed plans, sections, and elevations Convert conceptual designs into accurate construction-ready drawings Collaborate with the team during live screen-share sessions Manage independent work tasks with strong organization and accountability Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables Requirements Strong proficiency in Revit and SketchUp Experience working on residential or small-scale architectural projects Ability to create realistic renderings High attention to detail and structured workflow management Comfortable working partially in real-time collaboration environments Qualifications Background in Architecture, Drafting, or related field Experience producing construction documentation Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical drawings Strong time management and communication skills Benefits Full-time, 100% remote position Structured schedule with a mix of collaborative and flexible work Exposure to international projects and design standards Opportunity to strengthen both technical drafting and rendering skills
