Interior Designer

Our client is looking for an Interior Designer with strong technical expertise and hospitality design experience to support their growing international design team. They are an award-winning hospitality design firm creating immersive environments across hotels, resorts, restaurants, nightlife venues, multifamily spaces, and branded lifestyle concepts, with projects across North America and international markets. This role is ideal for a designer who can combine creativity with strong documentation skills, collaborate effectively with a U.S.-based remote team, and contribute throughout multiple stages of hospitality projects, from early concepts to construction documentation. Responsibilities Support hospitality interior design projects through different phases, including concept development, design development, and construction documentation. Create professional presentation materials and client-facing decks using Adobe InDesign. Develop detailed interior design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, details, and schedules. Prepare and maintain FF&E specifications using DesignSpec or similar platforms. Produce technical drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD and Revit. Assist with interior architecture, space planning, and design coordination for hospitality environments. Review shop drawings and project submittals while supporting senior designers. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain design intent. Apply AI-assisted tools when relevant to improve visualization, documentation processes, and workflow efficiency. Contribute ideas and solutions while maintaining quality standards across multiple projects. Requirements 3–5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably within hospitality projects. Advanced proficiency in Revit for interior design applications. Ability to create rendered elevations and floor plans for presentations using Adobe Photoshop. Working knowledge of AutoCAD for interior documentation. Experience developing presentation materials for client reviews. Experience preparing FF&E specifications and coordinating related documentation. Familiarity with reviewing shop drawings and construction submittals. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment across different time zones. Experience using AI tools to improve design workflows and productivity. Qualifications Strong understanding of hospitality-focused interior design processes. Experience working with commercial interiors and construction documentation standards. Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and visual communication abilities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a distributed team. Proactive mindset with the ability to receive and apply feedback throughout the design process. Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with internal teams and clients.
