In this critical role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring the seamless deployment, reliable operation, and continuous improvement of our client-facing applications and infrastructure. You will champion automation, CI/CD best practices, and scalable cloud solutions, contributing significantly to our projects' success from conception to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership, drive innovation, and grow within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities

- →Partner with different teams to run tests (like A/B tests) and measure AI impact on users and business outcomes.
- →Turn product ideas into clear, testable questions, model requirements, and build AI prototypes to validate concepts.
- →Explore data to guide product decisions and find new ways AI can add value.
- →Create easy-to-understand dashboards and reports to share insights.
- →Contribute to model interpretability, fairness, and explainability efforts to build user trust in AI features.
- →Use a scientific mindset to continuously improve how we test and iterate on features.
- →Collaborate with the product owner to help shape and prioritize the roadmap.
- →Work with Data Science Engineers to align models with product goals, and support development and fine-tuning when needed.
