As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for an Analytics manager who will:
- Develop and execute the analytics strategy aligned with overall business goals, identifying high-impact analytical opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analytics professionals (Associates and Senior Associates).
- Oversee multiple concurrent analytical projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
- Act as a primary point of contact for senior business stakeholders, understanding their challenges, translating them into analytical problems and presenting solutions.
- Drive the adoption of advanced analytical techniques and cutting-edge tools to enhance team capabilities and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor key metrics for team productivity and project success.
Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of experience in analytics
Technical Skills:
- Expert in leading BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for client reporting.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and data lakes and Alteryx.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proven ability to influence and drive change through data.
- Reporting Structure: Reports to a Director or Senior Director of Analytics
