Role Impact and Summary

This role is within Wavemaker, a leading brand within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in positively provoking growth for clients by reshaping consumer decision-making and experiences through media, content, and technology. Measures of Success:
 
In 3 months:
 
Master key industry and proprietary tools, systems, and planning frameworks.
Understand client businesses, reporting requirements, and the local media landscape.
Support the team and begin building client and internal relationships.
 
In 6 Months:
 
Analyze and interpret media data confidently.
Present strategies clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Track and report campaign performance effectively.
 
In 12 Months:
 
Independently manage campaigns and provide strategic recommendations.
Become the go-to person for clients on day-to-day media planning needs.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Deliver strategic communication plans and media recommendations to business issues and brand challenges based on clear understanding of client’s brief backed with data and insights
Recommends media platforms and investment level based on objective and strategic directions
Monitor and analyze brand, market, and competitive activity.
Use industry tools (e.g., Google Analytics, 3D, proprietary systems) to optimize plans and performance.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and reporting across platforms.
Collaborate with internal units and external partners for smooth campaign execution.
Identify and propose innovative media solutions that address business needs.
Support new business pitches with insights, prototypes, and optimization ideas.
Prepare and present category and brand reviews to client teams
Engage with clients on day-to-day requirements with guidance of Planning leads
Manage brand’s media budget (annual, monthly and per campaign budget)
Deliver complete, accurate and timely reports and requirements
 
 
Skills and Experience
 
 
Education
•Bachelor's degree is required preferablyin CommunicationArts/Advertising/Marketing
 
Work Experience
•This post is open to Fresh Graduates. 1-2year's work experience in a media function is a plus.
