We are currently looking for a Business Director Role to join us at Bangalore.

This role reports to the General Manager

About the Role

Work across diverse industry verticals with some of India’s leading and most influential brands
Be part of a fast-growing, high-potential media segment with strong scope for creative and strategic innovation
Experience an inclusive, dynamic work culture backed by the scale of the largest Out-of-Home media network

Develop a strong understanding of the Cinema and OOH ecosystem, including market dynamics and offerings
Build effective working relationships with internal teams, agencies, and key external stakeholders

Take ownership of driving demand across assigned clients and agency partners
Strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Deliver a significant portion of assigned revenue targets

Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong, sustainable business pipeline
Drive measurable improvement in overall branch performance and team effectiveness

Engage with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries
Manage multiple client briefs and priorities simultaneously
Collaborate with vendor and media partners to execute campaigns
Develop and present strategic, data-led media solutions
Leverage emerging technologies and innovations in Cinema and OOH

Strong analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
Proven sales orientation and ability to deliver against targets
High level of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
Ability to balance ambition with collaboration and humility
Strong discipline in managing timelines and client commitments
Deep understanding of the Cinema and/or OOH media landscape
