In 3 months:

• Familiarize with the reporting requirements and accounting systems used. 
• Completion of pending audited FS from prior years 
•  Establish a good quality reconciliation to support the audit readiness of the legal entities that we report

• Complete all the pending audited FS from prior years
• Analyze historical financial data to establish a trend 
• Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks on a timely basis 
• Collaborate cross-functionally within Finance to deliver set goals and targets 
• Execute process improvement initiatives
