About the Role

WPP Media team is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Executive to join our Media Management & Delivery team. In this role, you will support Digital Account Managers and other senior team members in the strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring of digital media campaigns. Your contribution will be vital in ensuring campaign accuracy, data integrity, and efficient delivery, laying the foundation for client success.

Responsibilities

  • Support Digital Account Managers in serving as a digital contact for clients, assisting with campaign-related communications and project coordination.
  • Contribute to the development of KPI forecasts, media strategies, and digital media plans by gathering data and preparing initial drafts based on client objectives.
  • Assist in providing input to client account teams regarding channel selections, targeting approaches, creative requirements, and measurement components.
  • Execute paid digital media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms as required, under the guidance of a Digital Account Manager, ensuring alignment with strategy and KPIs.
  • Perform continuous campaign monitoring, conduct initial performance analysis, ensure data accuracy, and prepare components of client reports for timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal specialist teams to support the delivery of integrated paid media solutions.
  • Actively participate in internal team meetings and client-facing presentations and performance reviews, helping to prepare materials and take notes.
  • Proactively learn and apply knowledge, best practices, and guidance shared by senior team members.
  • Support the client billing processes by accurately tracking costs, assisting with approvals, and coordinating with finance and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Foundational understanding of the digital media ecosystem, including search, social, video, and display channels, and eagerness to learn more.
  • Some hands-on experience in major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads (certifications are a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and take direction.
  • Relevant experience (e.g.,1+ year) in a media agency or digital media environment, with direct involvement in digital campaign execution or support.
  • A detail-oriented and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify discrepancies.
