What We Offer
~1 min readFor our brand GOAT Agency, part of WPP Media, we are looking for an Manager Influencer Marketing (Mensch) to drive our campaigns from initial concept to final reporting success. You'll be the central hub, connecting clients, creators, and our internal teams. Beyond this, your responsibilities will also include:
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, implementation, and steering of influencer campaigns from initial idea to final reporting.
- Stay abreast of market trends, identify competitor and content trends using WPP Media Analytics tools, and select suitable influencers for future collaborations.
- Monitor campaign performance against relevant KPIs such as engagement rate and reach, produce clear and insightful reports, and translate findings into actionable optimizations.
- Build and nurture sustainable relationships with influencers and their management, negotiate contracts, and ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
- You have proven experience independently executing influencer campaigns from start to finish, with a strong understanding of how to effectively coordinate clients, agencies, and creators.
- Ability to quickly grasp client briefings, develop innovative creative concepts, and translate them into compelling proposals for our clients.
- You present your ideas confidently, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and ensure everyone is always aligned and informed.
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement, you bring fresh ideas for campaign optimization and genuinely enjoy driving initiatives forward.
- Fluent in English, both in conversation and for creating and delivering compelling presentations.
