Performance Group Director
The Performance (Implementation & Activation) Group Director is a critical role, ensuring we are setting our clients up for success now and in the future. You lead a large team, who specialise in Implementation Planning & Activation. You provide thought leadership and drive key senior client and publisher engagement, producing best-in-class solutions that fuel growth for our people, our clients and our organisation. As a leader, you will be expected to set up an environment where people have clarity on their performance & career paths and are empowered and encouraged to reach their full potential.

Be a critical senior consultant for your client, spanning Media Negotiations, Implementation Planning and Activation.

Provide innovative strategic insights by acting as an expert on the client's business, industry and competitors.

Brings innovation and creativity to the table, leveraging insights from across the market.
- →
Ensure all client KPI's and contractual commitments spanning Media Negotiation, Implementation Planning and Activation are delivered consistently.

Motivate and empower team to achieve individual, team and organisational goals.
- →
Foster agency-wide knowledge sharing, and continuous learning around point of views, trends, and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing agency.

Build the agency's reputation by contributing to entries for awards and competitions and by contributing to industry thought leadership.

Actively contribute to new business development and pitching when required.

Extensive experience leading a large diverse team, with extensive media investment and client service experience.
