 Responsibilities of the role:

• Validates and process billing for content invoices

• Checking and signing billing invoices for ATL and Digital

 • Updating and monitoring PO weekly status

• Tracks unbilled placements and send reminders to the media vendors on a regular basis

• Answer question and handle complaints from vendor and client regarding invoices

• Reconciles with the media agency regarding bookings, unbilled, CE/PO status and any disputes invoices

• Weekly submission of problematic/pending invoices

• Monthly Updating CE monitoring with new billings, CE/PO balances.

• Updating vendor SOA status

• Preparing month end report

• Prepare Journal adjustment

• Preparing and Monitoring of ageing detailed unbilled
