Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze program data and monitor the effectiveness of ABC programs.
- →Conduct research and write content for the SECURED newsletter, guidance pages, and other written communications, translating complex and technical information into easily understandable terms.
- →Lead the end-to-end production of custom microlearning materials and phishing simulations, fostering secure behaviors.
- →Engage with university leaders and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- →Help develop training curriculum and phish testing strategy using visual design and editing software such as Vyond, Articulate, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- →Configure and maintain content in Learning Management System (LMS) platforms like KnowBe4, Workday Learning, and Canvas.
- →Provide customer support, quickly assessing and addressing customer needs.
- →Other duties as assigned.
- →Lead teams and manage initiatives.
- →Plan and manage events for Cybersecurity Awareness Month.

- SANS Security Awareness Professional Certification or equivalent.
- Ability to draw on existing resources to solve novel problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent research and writing skills; able to translate complex technical information into understandable terms.
