ACA Production Lead - Peak Health

1. Associate’s degree in business or healthcare related field AND Two (2) years of sales or healthcare related experience with ACA. 

2. Active State and Life Health Insurance License in WV.

1. Five (5) years of ACA Sales Experience, preferably working with an early-stage ACA plan.

2. Two (2) years Proven ability to develop strong relationships with industry stakeholders to include but not limited to brokers, agents, community partners, clinic management and FMO partner(s).

3. Demonstrated experience developing and implementing sales strategies, business plans, and agent engagement initiatives.

1. Strategic thinking and attention to detail around sales and retention.

2. Working knowledge of ACA Marketplace regulations and compliance requirements.

3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.

4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Understanding of the ACA sales process.

7. Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

8. Strong attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous process improvement.

9. Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new content, and demonstrate knowledge of the ACA and Medicare industries.

HIGH TRAVEL POSITION (roughly 70% travel)

• able to work remotely when not traveling
• will travel anywhere in Peak Health/WVU Med footprint
