1. Juris Doctor.

2. Pennsylvania Bar membership or eligibility.

1. At least five (5) years of substantial experience in a law firm or in-house legal department with substantive experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other instruments documenting arrangements and transactions between parties.

1. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.

3. Knowledge of the general operations of corporations, limited liability companies, and joint ventures.

4. Knowledge of academic medical center operations preferred.

5. Ability to communicate and interact with administration, department heads, medical staff and other hospital personnel.
