Responsibilities

→Manage daily CSA construction activities within assigned cleanroom areas.
→Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive execution of work.
→Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity to meet schedule commitments.
→Conduct field inspections and enforce safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
→Coordinate work sequencing and interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.
→Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks.
→Participate in planning meetings, look-ahead schedules, and progress reviews.
→Support system turnover, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities.

Requirements

5+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, field operations, and subcontractor management.
Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule performance in a fast-paced construction environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA 30 and experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects preferred
