Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction

• →Lead full lifecycle delivery of data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover
• →Act as the primary leader across owners, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• →Drive schedule, budget, and execution strategy on projects exceeding $500M
• →Oversee site, CSA, MEP, controls, and commissioning scopes
• →Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution
• →Manage critical systems including UPS, switchgear, chillers, CRAH and CRAC units, and distribution infrastructure
• →Identify and resolve coordination and constructability challenges proactively
• →Lead commissioning efforts to ensure system performance and reliability
• →Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards including NFPA, NEC, and OSHA
• →Implement lean construction practices to improve efficiency
• →Lead and mentor project teams

• 12 to 20+ years of construction project management experience
• Strong experience with data center or mission critical projects
• Deep understanding of MEP systems and electrical distribution
• Proven ability to lead complex, multidisciplinary teams
• Track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and on budget
• Experience with commissioning, QA/QC, and construction best practices
• Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project

• Data center experience strongly preferred
• Semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom experience is highly relevant
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• PMP, LEED, CxA, or similar certifications are a plus
