Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in an analyst, QA, operations, or related technical role
- Able to move fluidly between analyst, QA, and support work, re-prioritizing calmly as needs shift
- Has a growth mentality – stays highly engaged, and isn't looking to be boxed into a single function. Self-motivated and a go-getter with a bias toward action
- Fluency in manual testing practices, with the aptitude and willingness to learn automated testing tools and frameworks. Isn't satisfied with “it reproduces”; digs until the underlying cause, not just the symptom, is clear
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa
- Opinionated but appreciates an environment where feedback is freely given, and ideas are challenged
- Comfortable reasoning about non-deterministic systems – where "correct" isn't a single expected value. Experience evaluating AI output quality or working with AI observability/eval tooling (e.g. Langfuse) is a plus
- Comfortable with light development. Experience with coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Devin is a plus
- Knowledge of AI governance or responsible AI principles is a plus
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright or Cypress is highly desired; we'll invest in the right person who's eager to learn it

What is the AI Center of Excellence Team, and why join?
The IT AI Center of Excellence (AI COE) is a hub for AI strategy, platform management, and enablement – driving the adoption of AI tools and capabilities across WWT. This is an exciting opportunity to be a member of a team that is focused on building a foundational set of core Generative AI services designed to enable teams to solve demanding business problems at scale for WWT.
This role is not a traditional analyst seat. You'll support the team across a wide range of needs — platform operations, quality assurance, and everything in between — and be trusted to context-switch between priorities as they shift. Join a team that treats quality as a shared responsibility, not a checkpoint, and where a go-getter attitude and comfort with ambiguity matter as much as technical skill.
What will you be doing?
As an AI Platform Analyst on the team, you'll support the day-to-day health of our platform, safeguard the quality of the custom applications we ship – including Atom, the Atom AI Portal, and the agentic framework behind them – and help keep the team moving across a constantly shifting set of priorities.
Responsibilities
- Support
- Serve as a point of contact for issues, escalations, and service requests across our suite of custom applications
- Gather and act on user feedback to continuously improve the platform experience
- Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve incidents
- Train and enable employees to leverage our custom-built platform effectively
- Quality Assurance
- Validate the behavior and accuracy of AI-powered features – whether responses are grounded in the right sources and the correct tools, skills, and data are used
- Help build and maintain evaluation sets that catch quality regressions when prompts, models, or the agentic framework change
- Execute white box and black box manual testing. Treat quality as a shared responsibility from design through production, not just a final checkpoint
- Maintain automated test suites (e.g. using Cypress or Playwright) integrated into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early
- Document clear, reproducible defects and partner with developers through to resolution
- Functional Analysis
- Help shape solutions and be comfortable with complex assignments and ambiguous scope of work
- Track and report on platform usage and adoption metrics
- Participate in ideation sessions, demos and communicate status to stakeholders at all levels
- AI-Native Practices & Continuous Improvement
- Apply AI tools to elevate daily work
- Champion the adoption of AI best practices and responsible AI use across teams at WWT
- Help foster a team-first environment grounded on an understanding of and a commitment to the WWT Core Values
