The IT Business Analyst will support IT projects and evolving business requirements across the Asia-Pacific region. Reporting to the IT Business Engagement Manager (APAC), this role involves working with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to gather and document requirements, support solution implementation, and ensure successful delivery of IT initiatives.
We're looking for someone analytical and detail-oriented with hands-on experience in business analysis, application support, and project management. You'll be instrumental in driving effective IT solutions that meet the company's needs.
Responsibilities

- → Around 5 years’ experience managing enterprise-level or regional applications and IT projects.
- → Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with presentation ability.
- → Good grasp of system development life cycles and IT architecture, including infrastructure and security.
- → Knowledge of low-code platforms, data visualization tools (e.g., QlikSense, Tableau, PowerBI), and analytics is beneficial.
- →Experience in shipping or logistics is a plus.
