Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, with a strong emphasis on designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level network infrastructure.
Profound expertise in network protocols, technologies, and architectures, encompassing routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls.
Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, alongside Aruba switches and wireless solutions.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at diagnosing and resolving complex network issues efficiently.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude, proficient in collaborating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership prowess, with prior experience in mentoring junior team members and leading cross-functional projects.
Proven ability to work autonomously, adept at prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting project deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated on new technologies and best practices in network engineering.
Preferred certifications include CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
