Xebia Data is one of the divisions of Xebia Netherlands, which its renowned for its expertise building strong Data & AI practices to deliver value to our clients and their customers. We do this by helping our clients to build, scale and embed their data and AI capabilities. You will join the Xebia Data Strategy team, guiding clients through their AI maturity journey.

Our team has defined data strategies, uncovered and refined use cases, reorganized and led high-performing data teams, and trained C-level leaders at large corporations. Increasingly, we also ensure that the strategy comes alive — managing multi-stream programs that span data platforms, governance, tool selection, AI pilots, and organizational design– just think of what more we can achieve when YOU join our team!

You will be working on projects of varying length. Some are three weeks, some are one year, most are in between. Every project is different, as is every client. You'll work with the customer in teams mixed by Xebians and the client.
