JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Rates Relative Value trading desk for a 2-month internship, with the opportunity to convert to a full-time role based on performance. The desk primarily trades rates RV across AUD/NZD, with additional coverage of EM Asia and select macro markets. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the mechanics of relative value trading while contributing directly to the team's day-to-day workflow

• →Monitor market levels across covered products
• →Build analytical tools and scanners to identify rates RV opportunities
• →Backtest potential trading strategies
• →Summarize market events and sell-side commentary
• →Support PnL reconciliation
• →Support any other ad-hoc tasks as required

• →Strong problem-solving skills and programming ability
• →Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• →Interest in rates, macro, and relative value trading strategies
• →Python Experience
• →Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• →Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD degree in a quantitative subject - preferably a focus in Computer Programming or Statistics
• →Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering
• →Effective verbal and written communication  

Note: This internship position is located in our Hong Kong office, must have ability to work and come to HK office for the 2-month internship
