Legal Counsel

Job Purpose:
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating legal risks. Candidates with experience in the logistics or instant delivery field are preferred.

• →Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), lease contracts, and partnership agreements.
• →Provide legal guidance on business operations, especially relating to logistics, transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery services.
• →Ensure the company's compliance with local, regional, and international laws including labor, commercial, data privacy, and trade regulations.
• →Support HR with employment law issues, employee disputes, and policy compliance.
• →Advise internal departments on risk management and contract execution.
• →Handle any litigation or legal disputes in coordination with external legal advisors.
• →Monitor changes in regulations relevant to the logistics and delivery sector and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• →Assist with licensing, permits, and legal documentation required for smooth logistics operations.
• →Ensure that the company’s operations and contracts are aligned with industry-specific standards and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Bar admission/license to practice law.
• Experience in logistics or delivery industry preferred.
• Strong command of commercial, corporate, and labor law.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (if applicable).
