Responsibilities

→Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
→Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience:

→Bachelor’s degree preferred
→2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce development, or related experience preferred.
→Campus recruiting, technical recruiting, or early talent recruiting experience preferred.
→Experience developing educational institution partnerships is a plus.

→Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
→Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
→Strong event planning and execution capabilities.

→Effective time management and prioritization skills.
→Experience maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting records.
→High energy level and comfort presenting to groups of varying sizes.
→Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and business leaders.
→Professional representation of Yancey Bros. Co. at campuses, events, and community functions.

Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment:

→Corporate office environment.
→Educational campuses and training facilities.
→Convention centers and event venues.
→Occasional outdoor recruiting and community events.

Physical:

→Ability to stand for extended periods during events and presentations.
→Ability to transport recruiting materials and event supplies as needed.

Travel:

→Frequent travel to schools, campuses, facilities, and recruiting events.
→Occasional overnight travel required.

To be successful in this position you should be organized, have strong relationship-building skills, and work with a sense of urgency. The ability to influence, drive results, and communicate effectively are essential to this position as well.
