We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator fluent in French and English to join our team. This role combines operational HR excellence with project coordination, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and supporting business growth. You will act as a reliable partner to employees and leadership, driving consistency and efficiency across HR processes.
Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and audit employee records in HRIS and internal trackers.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across HR systems.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes with precision.

Handle first-level employee queries regarding documentation, system access, and leave requests.

Produce monthly HR operational reports (headcount, attendance, absences, etc.).

Generate dashboards, analytics, and ad hoc reports as required.

Track contract expirations, follow up with stakeholders, and prepare documentation.

Manage HR administrative documents with compliance and accuracy.

Provide operational support to recruitment teams, including scheduling and documentation.

Ensure data integrity and organization within the ATS.

Generate recruitment reports and assist with candidate communication.

Contribute to HR projects such as system enhancements, policy rollouts, audits, and process standardization.

Maintain project documentation, timelines, and trackers.

Support the deployment of consistent HR standards across teams and regions.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or HR project coordination.

Strong proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems.

Skilled in data management, reporting, and analytics.

Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information
