Service Delivery Director - Sports

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking an energetic, motivated team player to provide leadership and direction to our growing sports department. This position will be located at the Shady Grove Family YMCA YMCA.

Qualifications:
A college degree in a related field is preferred
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of programmatic experience in youth sports, and well-rounded knowledge of sports programming and best practices.
Experience in leading staff and volunteers critical to the success of the sports programs. Managing large sports programs and budgets is essential. Computer proficiency and program administration experience are essential
CPR/First Aid certifications may be required

Compensation/Benefits:
•Competitive salary range: 45,043 - 50,673 per year.
