Job Description:
• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Industry mapping and passive sourcing of candidates
• Work on employer branding promoting Yoga bar as a great prospective employer.
• Managing internship programs.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

• Identify and resolve recruitment process gaps 

Ideal Candidate:
● Have experience in working with high speed FMCG/D2C company along with strong stakeholder management.
● Strong ownership and ability to lead recruitment while creating and running processes to manage ambiguity.
● Experience in various search methodologies and desire to own recruitment process
