Responsibilities

→Find the right people on LinkedIn using research tools built for this.
→Send connection requests and messages that sound like you, not a script.
→Keep conversations warm, answer early questions, and hand off ready leads to our Sales team.
→Track your own outreach so you (and we) can see what's working.

At least 1 year in lead generation, cold outreach, appointment setting, or sales.
Comfortable and confident messaging people on LinkedIn — you know the difference between "outreach" and "spam."
Strong written English — this is a writing-heavy role.
Self-driven. We trust you to keep your own pipeline moving.

Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (Graveyard) — aligns with 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST for the client
Saturdays and Sundays Off
