Community Treatment Center Advocate

• →Responsible for group facilitation.
• →Assist participants with continuum of care treatment goals.
• →Design and implementation of individualized program plan, assess the needs of the participant and maintain service records, communicate with appropriate individuals regarding the participant and prepare written communications including discharge reports.
• →Ensure that each assigned participant is receiving an appropriate dosage level of group curriculum.
• →Assist participant/families with transportation as needed.

• Associates degree or bachelor’s degree preferred.  Experience with youth and families involved in the Juvenile Justice System.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills; Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using an electronic health record system (EHR) is a plus.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
