Master’s degree preferred.
Strong leadership skills with proven experience in the management and motivation of staff.
Commensurate experience in community-based agency programs such as advocate services, community reintegration/re-entry, and alternative to detention/aftercare knowledge.
Preferred experience in a senior leadership role, overseeing and managing budgets, financials, and operational outcomes over multiple programs and regions.
Experience working with state agencies, county governments, managed care, school districts, and other funding and referral sources is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other database software systems; Knowledge of an Electronic Health Record System (EHR) is a plus.
Position requires reliable, insured transportation, current auto insurance coverage, and valid driver's license.
Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) speaking is a plus.
TRAVEL REQUIRED; Position is based in the Southeast Region. Will be required to travel through assigned area.
