  • Encourage a culture where teams proactively identify and discuss risk while remaining focused on opportunity and innovation.
  • Help leaders integrate risk considerations into planning, operations, projects, and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain key risk indicators, monitoring processes, escalation triggers, and supporting data sources.
  • Monitor risk exposure, trends, emerging issues, external developments, and cross-functional impacts.
  • Create dashboards and reports that clearly communicate risk status, trends, response progress, residual risk, and areas requiring leadership attention.
  • Track key risk response and mitigation commitments with designated business and project owners.
  • Continuously improve the quality, consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of enterprise risk information.
  • Partner with business leaders and specialist functions to maintain a connected view of enterprise risks, opportunities, and interdependencies.
  • Coordinate GreenPath’s crisis management plan in partnership with Internal Audit, Compliance, Information Security, Business Continuity, and other assurance functions.
  • Help define requirements for risk-related policies, standards, procedures, tools, and guidance.
  • Use lessons learned, risk events, audit findings, performance data, and industry practices to strengthen GreenPath’s risk management maturity and organizational resilience.
