• →Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle for fintech applications, from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and compliance specialists
• →Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations while managing stakeholder expectations
• →Ensure adherence to financial regulations (PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, GDPR, KYC/AML) and security standards
• →Facilitate agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, risk registers, and status reports
• →Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders including executives, product owners, and external partners

• 10+ years project management experience in software product development.
• Should have extensive experience working in software product based companies.
  
• Banking / Fintech domain experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and regulatory constraints
