System Integration Engineer (C# .NET)

We are looking for an experienced System Integration Engineer to join our long-term partnership with ICA Insurance.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Sarajevo, with a planned start date in August or September 2026.

You will join the Integration Team, working closely with Swedish and Bosnian colleagues to develop, maintain, and improve integration solutions that power ICA Insurance's business-critical systems.

You will work on the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of new and existing integration solutions. The role focuses on delivering new functionality and reliable integrations that support ICA Insurance's digital services.

• Developing new integration solutions and features
• Maintaining and improving existing integration services
• Designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
• Collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams
• Supporting deployment and operational activities
• Contributing to continuous improvements across the integration platform

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with .NET Core and C#
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
• Experience with Microservice Architecture
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work across both development and operational responsibilities
• Fluent English communication skills
