We’re looking for a high-level sales professional who can build relationships with business leaders (CFOs, HR leaders, CEOs) and help them rethink how they approach employee health and performance.
This is not transactional sales.
This is consultative, relationship-driven, outcome-focused selling.
You will be responsible for:
Opening doors with qualified organizations
Leading conversations around employee health, ROI, and performance
Positioning our corporate wellness programs as a strategic solution
Closing new business and driving long-term partnerships
Responsibilities

Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers (CFO, HR, leadership teams)

Lead discovery conversations around healthcare spend, employee wellbeing, and productivity

Present and position Zero Doubt Club’s corporate wellness solutions

Manage pipeline and deal flow through our CRM (Pipedrive)

Collaborate with our coaching team to ensure successful program launches

Contribute to ongoing growth strategy and market positioning
Proven B2B sales experience (ideally selling into mid-market or enterprise)
Comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers
Strong communicator with a consultative sales approach
Driven, self-motivated, and accountable
Passionate about health, wellness, and human performance
Able to think strategically—not just “sell a product”
