Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support our sales team and optimize our sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving efficiency.

What you will do as the Sales Operations And Reporting Specialist:

• CRM Data Management
  Manage and maintain sales data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Sales Performance Analysis
  Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to management.
• Sales Strategy Development
  Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Reporting and Presentation
  Generate reports and presentations on sales performance and key metrics for senior management.
• Pricing and Quoting Support
  Support sales team with pricing and quoting for customers.
• Onboarding and Training
  Assist in the onboarding and training of sales representatives on CRM and sales processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Collaborate with finance, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.
• Policy Compliance and Enforcement
  Monitor and enforce sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.

What you will bring to the team:

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience

2-3 years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.

Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
