Senior Information Security Analyst

Want a security role where you can stay hands-on technically while having a real influence on how security develops across the business?

As our Senior Information Security Analyst, you’ll help protect Zuto’s technology, data and customers while strengthening our overall security capability.

This is a varied role combining technical security, incident response, vulnerability management and governance. One day you could be investigating a SIEM alert; the next, supporting an ISO 27001 audit, reviewing a supplier or advising on the security implications of new AI technology.

What you'll be doing

• Managing security alerts and acting as a senior responder during security incidents.

• Owning vulnerability management, penetration testing and remediation.

• Strengthening controls across identity, AWS/cloud, endpoints and networks.

• Working with Engineering to identify and address security risks.

• Assessing the security implications of AI and emerging technologies.

• Supporting ISO 27001, security controls, governance and assurance.

• Advising teams across Zuto and helping turn security risks into practical solutions.

You’ll already have strong experience within Information or Cyber Security, with the confidence to work across both technical security and governance.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Hands-on experience across areas such as SIEM, EDR, vulnerability management, AWS/cloud security, IAM or network security.

• Experience investigating and responding to security incidents.

• Experience managing infrastructure and cloud vulnerabilities.

• Good working knowledge of ISO 27001.

• Strong analytical judgement and the ability to separate genuine risk from noise.

• Confidence communicating with both technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Experience in financial services or another FCA-regulated environment, security frameworks such as NIST/CIS, or scripting and automation would be a bonus.
