Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Speak Up Investigation Manager, you'll play a key role in helping to maintain a safe, ethical, and accountable culture. You'll lead or support investigations into concerns raised through our Speak Up channels, working independently to establish the facts, deliver fair and evidence-based outcomes, and identify opportunities to strengthen our culture, controls, and ways of working. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business and provide valuable insights that help ensure colleagues feel confident to speak up and be heard.
- Experience working within a Speak Up/whistleblowing function with a strong understanding of Speak Up frameworks, governance, confidentiality, and reporter protection.
- Experience managing concerns raised through Speak Up channels, including case intake, triage, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and determination of appropriate investigation approaches.
- Experience managing workplace investigations, including developing investigation plans, gathering, and assessing evidence, conducting interviews and producing clear, well-reasoned investigation reports.
- Great judgement and the ability to reach fair, balanced and evidence-based conclusion in complex and sensitive situations.
- Excellent investigative interviewing skills, including interviewing reporters, witness, and subjects of investigations.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify themes, root causes, control weaknesses, and cultural risks and make practical recommendations.
- Ideally from a financial services background.
