Responsibilities

  • →Managing and delivering high‑quality responses to RFPs and research questionnaires for our Employer Benefit Consultants (EBCs) and Corporate Advisers (CAs).
  • →Supporting the coordination and project management of the tender process, ensuring strong controls and timely delivery through the sales cycle.
  • →Working with a designated panel of EBCs and CAs, aligned via our BDD/BDM network.
  • →Helping the team prepare for pitches, site visits, and other critical stages of the sales process.
  • →You will be a key contributor in ensuring that every opportunity we pursue is supported by well‑crafted, accurate and compelling submissions.

 

  • A genuine interest in workplace pensions or financial services within a sales‑driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across teams and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating projects or processes where attention to detail and time management are essential.
