Are you an experienced migration specialist who instinctively spots gaps in migration processes and understands the complex realities of managing migrations? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your main job or consulting projects? Join us in shaping how AI understands and applies migration expertise at scale.
About the Role
~1 min readReview and refine AI-generated outputs related to migration processes, implementation strategies, requirements, and practical aspects of migration projects
Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with real-world requirements
Draft realistic migration scenarios based on your direct professional experience
Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. migration specialist, client, project manager, or vendor)
Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated migration content
In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true migration reasoning, authentic procedures, and practical approaches. Rather than conducting traditional migration work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about migration processes at scale.
A senior-level migration specialist with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
Experienced in advising on, planning, and executing migration strategies and projects
Skilled at evaluating migration processes, requirements, and compliance
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
